I’ll create a shared document to help us stay organized with brainstorming, story finding, shoot planning and content posting schedules. This will let us plan shoots and edits to coincide with hospital initiatives and key events.

This will also be a great place to add ideas and inspiration as they come to us and make sure we’re all on the same page.

You’ll get 12 shoot days each year, scheduled in 3 or 4 day blocks.

I see these as a mix of hospital filming and “out and about” filming that includes local scenery, favorite businesses and special community members.

We will do the Heartstrings filming within these shoot days as well.

I think of this as a menu of options—not rules set in stone—because your needs will vary from month to month. Here is a potential breakdown:

• Anchor creative videos (1-2 per month)

• Shorts, reels, more direct short form content (8-10 per month)

• Misc. website banners, GIFs, etc. as needed

• Heartstrings film

I’ll be available for weekly calls (or whatever timeframe suits your schedule) to discuss how the ads and videos are performing. I’ll then make adjustments to existing videos and apply what we’re learning to future edits.

This is where the real value starts to reveal itself!

This retainer package is billed at $5,000/month. I believe this plan is the sweet spot to create a steady flow of new content and also maximize your ongoing campaigns.

You’ll get the most value from a 12 month agreement, but we can talk about other options too.

Please note that travel reimbursement is billed separately. All other work (including the Heartstrings project) is covered by the flat monthly rate.

I like to have simple, friendly and flexible agreements so we can adapt as we go.

A retainer like this guarantees that you will have priority access to me year-round and we’ll adjust along the way to make sure you’re getting everything you need.
